Typically, we can accommodate most boarding reservation requests with just a few days’ notice. However, due to the high volume of reservation requests we receive during our peak summer and holiday seasons, advanced reservations for boarding are highly recommended and appreciated. To ensure that every pet receives the daily interactive care that is so very important, a minimum 10 to 14 day notice is suggested for scheduling your reservation over any holiday season or summer weekends.
Our dedicated staff is committed to providing your pet with a comfortable and safe environment to enjoy their stay. With this goal in mind, please understand that we may not always be able to accommodate last-minute bookings during our peak seasons. You may also schedule grooming services while your pet stays with us. Please make arrangements when you make your reservation.
Although our staff will be caring for our guests, our reception office will be closed to the public on the following days: New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
It is important that you leave a phone number where you can be reached while you’re away or provide an emergency contact person and number should the need arise to contact you concerning your pet.
If you have made arrangements for someone else to drop off or pick up your pet for boarding, please provide our staff with their name and contact numbers as well.
